Checking DNS - Disconnecting - Restart loop

Eddie 2.13.6 (latest as of 16/12/17)
Mac osx 10.12.6

 

Hello.

Eddie often goes through a loop of "Checking Route, Checking DNS" - then after a while "Restarting"
I have a slower internet than many others, but even so. 
I delete my internet connection info and create new locations but to no avail. In the end I just left and went elsewhere.

 

I have had a lot of trouble over the past few months with this and after leaving AirVPN and having trouble free with another company - I would like to really sort out what is going on here. I prefer AirVPN - and I like Eddie.

 

Can somebody please help me step by step - to solve this issue? 

What would you like me to provide to start?    A log of some sort?
