When you generate the different server zip files. Can you insert all the server files in the OpenVpn config files. So that when you launch OpenVpn and right click on the tray icon, one can then see all the servers to connect to?

Yes you can. Openvpn shows all of your .ovpn files in your config folder by right-clicking on the tray. This is neccessary otherwise you could not connect to vpn-servers as you could not see them... just load all of your desired server files and put them into the config folder... that's it!
