Distrowatch.com not reachable through Skat

A few months ago I already encountered this bug and simply changed the server. My recent switch to Skat gave the same problem. Distrowatch.com is not reachable. I've not encountered any other site that is exclusively not reachable through some specific servers. The site always times out via Skat.

 

Distrowatch.com is online, which I could confirm through TOR which routed through Skat. It's not a problem of a specific browser or the AirDNS on my pfSense firewall.

Neither my local nor my pfsense firewall catch any connections while trying to reach the site. When switching to Hyadum the site is also reachable.
