not a dynamic executable openvpn not found

I have installed openvpn and it's running just fine. I went into advanced setting and set the server.conf to overwrite default openvpn file. I set up 1194 for protocol. Also I forwarded ports and tried the gen_config on site. I keep getting error with openvpn. The error says something like this. I tried to put the server.conf file in the /usr/lib/AirVPN file where the executable is. I have tried to different ownerships on the server.conf file and set 777 executable on the file. I am running ubuntu 16.04 and have never had this problem before. I also tried to run the gui from terminal to with no success. Is there anybody that knows the solution to this problem.
