I´ve been using AirVPN since 2013 - never ever had a problem that bad ... ever, but I was always using Comodo Firewall set up with AirVPN as described in the tutorial section. Since I now wanted (have) installed a new system and networklock available, I wanted not to use Comodo Firewall anymore. But I can not even connect to AirVPN at all - only with my 2nd computer (Windows 7, 32 bit and ComodoFirewall setup) - and the password and username does work ! the error : Cannot find tunnel adapter maybe the problem, but what does it mean? Any help is very welcome ! Please note, that I am not a computer geek. So please be easy on me !Thanks ! Quote Share this post Link to post

Make sure you are using the correct keyboard layout and don't have special non-common characters, on Windows it maycause issues if your password has characters in a language not supported by the system. Well, I can log in from my other computer and it is working ! And no, there are no funny characters in the username or password , only a blank (User 1a) in the username between the r and 1. Please, I still need some hints on what to do. Quote Share this post Link to post

I have exchanged my old keyboard with the one from my other computer from where I could log in. Bingo - login took place ! The same day I set up my system, the keyboard did not work anymore. Thanks! 1 itsmefloraluca reacted to this Quote Share this post Link to post
