Cannot connect to any UK server with TCP

I don't know if it's just me, but using TCP (any port) I cannot connect to any of the Air VPN UK servers. 

 

Servers in Netherlands, Bulgaria, Romania, Sweden etc.. all seem fine via TCP or UDP, but not UK. 

 

Is this a known quantity? Is it something to do with how they are setup?

 

It's a little frustrating as I'm limited to TCP connections only at the moment (as far as VPN is concerned)
