Tor using Eddie

I was re-reading the page explaining the set up and I remember in the past trying to set it up didn't work. As far as I understand the feature doesn't work with Network Lock. I'm assuming you are supposed to turn that off, set Tor as connection mode and should be ok just using the Tor browser? What settings may I have to modify to get it to work? I don't really have the need to ever use dual encryption but in the future if I did, it would be nice to be able to use it...thanks for any replies!
