ANSWERED ForceBindIP doesn't seem to work for me

Hey guys,

 

I want to use a browser outside of the VPN in order to log into PayPal and stuff like and I was going to use ForceBindIP but I it doesn't work for me. I tried it via CMD and it didn't work, then I tried it with ForceBindIP-GUI and it didn't work either. I'm not using a network-lock or anything like that so does anyone know what it could be? I have Trend Micro as Antivirus but I don't think that it would interfere with the VPN/Non-VPN traffic.
