PFSENSE AIRVPN rule REJECT LOCAL

hi everyone

 

I just need to know could this rule be the problem I can't solve

 

I've setup an IPSec on my pfsense box from home to my work I have any to any rule on IPSec interface.

 

from home where my airvpn is I can access every host on my network at work, but when I am there I can't access anything at my home box

 

Why is this rule there what exactly does it do
