Need Manchester server that shows as Manchester in geolocation

I'm in London and have  connected to the Manchester UK servers, using Manjaro Linux.

 

When logging into Google Mail, why does the 2 factor authentication notify that I'm connecting from London?  How does Google know that?  

 

What do the Manchester servers report as, in geolocation services? 

 

Also, for some strange reason server ALSHAIN in London shows as a Manchester server in:  https://www.iplocation.net/

 

It shows as belonging to M247 Ltd ISP, which is the same ISP that is shown on a few servers of Cyberghost and Mullvad.   

 

Do they share servers???

 

Need a server that actually shows as being in Manchester to all location services.
