Having problem with loading gifs and Facebook videos

Hi everybody. This might be a beginner's question but after using AirVPN on mobile & computer for about 10 months, I realized that I've been frequently having problems with loading of gifs (on any source) and Facebook videos when I'm using VPN. They get stuck at one point and do not proceed further. I don't have such issues when VPN is off. I am connecting from EU to another EU country on VPN - NL servers used to decrease these issues but not anymore.

Does anybody have a suggestion or an idea why it might be happenlng?
