Windows 7 Speed Issues

Hello!

I have been having some major speed issues on my Windows 7 partition, while Eddie works fine on my Windows 10 partition. I need to use Windows 7 for certain software that is required for my job, so a solution is not to just use Windows 10.

Torrenting caps out at 60 KBps, where my connection is usually ~30MBps. I have tried all the usual setting changes, protocol changes. Are there any Windows 7 specific things I can try?
