JagHal 0 Posted ... Sometimes, but not always - maybe about 25% of time - when I am connected over AirVPN and working in Microsoft Office, the programs are not able to save to OneDrive. I am always able to read and edit files from OneDrive - so I know the basic connection works - but when it comes to saving such files or new files back to OneDrive, I sometimes get an error message that I am not connected to the Internet. From perusing Microsoft forums I see that they have periodically had such problems with VPNs in the past, have regarded it as a problem with syncing to OneDrive or other MS servers, have occasionally provided hotfixes and seem to suggest that only certain ports be used. But all their advice I can find is old, and not directly relevant. I'm using Office 2016 with Windows 10. I know, haha, the real solution is to use different software - but I'm locked into this for now. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Quote Share this post Link to post
ptes 0 Posted ... I think I resolved it by adding the Sharepoint and Onedrive for business IPs to outside the VPN tunnel in Preferences. https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Office-365-URLs-and-IP-address-ranges-8548a211-3fe7-47cb-abb1-355ea5aa88a2#bkmk_spo Quote Share this post Link to post
