Incapable of setting up OpenVPN on Debian 9

So big problem. Whenever I try to install AirVPN via Openvpn (by far my favorite way to work), I get the following error. http://paste.debian.net/984268/

 

Eddie does work, but I'd rather use OpenVPN, as it's what I'm used to. As far as I know, I installed all the dependancies, but I'm rather new to Debian, so I could be missing a step. I was using Mint previously, and everything worked fine.
