One instance of Eddie 2.12.4 does not remember country whitelist. The other two instances work OK.

I have an instance of Eddie 2.12.4 installed on each of three PCs, each running Windows 10 Creators Update. On all of these instances of Eddie, I have set the UK as the only whitelisted country. On two of these PCs, everything is OK.

 

On the third PC, every time I boot up the PC, I am connected to the Netherlands, which for some reason gives me terrible download speeds. I check the country whitelist, and no countries and either whitelisted nor blacklisted.

 

How do I troubleshoot this, because this is happening on a PC which my whole family uses, and while changing server is not a difficult thing for me, this is not the case for certain family members, who are then stuck with terrible speeds until I am around to change servers.
