password not working

I changed my password at Air vpn website. Now  can not log on with Eddie on Windows 7 desktop with old or new password. I uninstalled airvpn downloaded again reinstalled it same results. Wrong password both the old and the new will not work. I am still able to log on at the web site. Problem solved password was too long.

Always used password between 8-15 characters.
