Is it possible for an Android device to connect to a VPN through Tor using Orbot or any other tool?

I'm trying to figure out if i can get a setup like this working

Android->Tor->VPN

I'd also like to see if i can do this using obfs4.

I have no idea how to do it so any help is appreciated.
