The "Using AirVPN with Linux from Terminal" how-to gives me a problem

Recommended Posts

Although the how-to is tagged to be applicable to OpenBSD, I can not find openresolv in either the OpenBSD binary repo, or in the ports tree?

If this means that I have to use the Linux file via the Linux compatibility layer, then I'm in trouble:

Prior versions of OpenBSD made it possible to run Linux applications via a compatibility layer, but the release notes for OpenBSD 6.0 indicate the Linux subsystem was removed as a "security improvement."

I'm using the current version of OpenBSD 6.1.

Any ideas?

[edit:] Take note:- the other BSD's all still DO provide the Linux compatibility layer. It is only OpenBSD that has removed it due to their strong focus on security.
