Comodo firewall configurations

Hi
Is it safe to set rules for "home network" to "Any address" in network zone section instead of defining a Network ip range?

I am asking this because I tried Ip range and equivalent subnetmask provided here https://airvpn.org/topic/3405-windows-comodo-prevent-leaks/ but I am unable to connect AirVPN client when home network set to "192.168.0.0 - 192.168.255.255" OR "192.168.0.0 / 255.255.0.0" but Eddie instantly connects to internet when I set home network rules to "any address".
