Port fowarding issue

EDIT- This wasn't a problem with AirVPN, it was the actual service not working properly... delete this. 

So i currently have two ports forwarded that work fine and have been for a while now , i recently added a service that requires another port, so i went into the port forward section, let it randomly generate a port and changed the internal port to the correct one.

Now when i go to " check " the port on the airvpn website , it stays greyed out, my other two ports are green however.... not sure on this one? 

 

Any help would be much appreciated
