Unable to Access SMB over IP with Addresses Allowed Exception

Accessing an SMB share over TCP port 445. Kaspersky Internet Security 2016 on Win7 x64.

 

"Addresses allowed" not fully working with Network lock enabled. Last address in list works.

 

Disabled wfw - no change

Disabled KIS - no change

This issue is from using the default mode for Network lock ("Automatic"). The workaround for eddie 2.12.4 appears to be to set Mode to "Windows firewall".
 

 

Leaving it with the default "Mode: Automatic" with ONLY Windows Firewall uses Windows Platform Filtering. Then only the last IP address on the list will work.
