Best way to test for leaks?

Hi All,

 

I'm pretty new to all this, so it's all very alien to me at the moment. I'd like to know, what is the best way to test for leaks? I don't want to start changing or tweaking anything until I know I need to.

Whoer.net is a great way to test for leaks. DNSLeaktest.com is great for DNS leaks.
