Azin 0 Posted ... Hi to all of you, I'm just playin around with VPN, Tor and all this stuff for a long time. For me it is fun like riding a bike, So i started the project to get proxychains through vpn. I am using the airvpn client with autolock, because using tor in the client doesn't work at all. So what do you think is my connection like after starting the system with tor autostart and airvpn autolock. And than opening the browser with proxychains? Everything works fine but whoer.net allways shows tor exitnode, opening the browser with proxychains.Without proxychains (Auto-Detect proxy connections) it shows airvpn (country). So I think I am with proxychains through airvpn is that right? Quote Share this post Link to post
zhang888 1067 Posted ... Are you trying to run a browser with Tor after VPN? In this case proxychains is not required. You can configure the browser to use a SOCKS proxy and point it to your Tor port, i.e. 127.0.0.1:9150. Azin 0 Posted ... How I said, I am just playing around with this. So it doesn't madder if proxychains is required or not. I want to understand how and if it is working what I think it is. What will happen if I configure the browser manually to socks and 127.0.0.1, by running airvpn client with autolock? Is this the TOR over VPN method? Quote Share this post Link to post
