air vpn qnap 4.3.3 how do i get it to work as a client (openvpn) - previous firmware worked

i followed this guide last time around

now it just hangs on connecting

 

or when i have managed to show it as connected, following the guide above (old) it doesn't recieve or send any data, its stuck on a random number e.g 6.17 recieving

 

 

can anyone help

at the moment mines connects but then often disconnects..

managed to get it to work but how do i access other devices through the nas
