Slow speeds when Torrenting

When using Torrents my Speed is only about ~ 0.5 - 1.2 mb/s over udp 443! But if i try to download a steam game or something else it maxed out my fully 160 mbps internet that´s about 19 mb/s!

 

Specs : i7 6700K - Windows 10 - OpenVPN - Unitymedia Cable Internet 150/10
