Cant log out of the airvpn windows program

I am having issues logging out of another account on my AirVPN program, everytime I click log-out, it lags me out. Does anyone have any resolution? I bought a subscription and havent been able to use it at all.

Delete the file AirVPN.xml located in the Eddie program directory. All settings and preferences are lost, though.
