Manjaro 17 DNS issue

On Manjaro 17, using Eddie v2.12.4, I'm getting DNS leaks even with dns=none. My /etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf looks like this:

# Configuration file for NetworkManager.
# See "man 5 NetworkManager.conf" for details.
[main]
dns=none

Please advise.
