Transation problem with BitPay

Hi,

A week ago, I tried to pay for a 3 months subscription with Bitcoins through Bitpay (i have already done that many times with no problem).

But 7 days after, my transaction is still unconfirmed according to my GreenAddress Wallet.... But when I check the transaction on BlockChain.info, the transaction is marked OK with more than 1300 confirmations.

So the problem comes either from you or from Bitpay. Can you please do something to solve that ?
