Whitelisted server defaults?

Does Eddie only connect to whitelisted servers?  When I first started using VPN I was fooling with the white and black listing, and I ended up with just a few servers whitelisted.  But I can't remember if originally all of the servers were whitelisted, or none?  If I set my green-checked servers back to undefined, then will it just choose from all of them except the blacklisted ones?  How is it when you first install Eddie?

Yes, they are blank by default.

You'll see every servers if:

- you whitelist every servers

- Every servers are set to blank.
