Ipleak.net dns addresses question

Since yesterday, ipleak.net is showing more than 40 servers in the dns addresses section. Should I be worried?

Since yesterday, ipleak.net is showing more than 40 servers in the dns addresses section. Should I be worried?

This kept happening to me with all the California servers:  sometimes IPLeak would just show 2 (the server itself + IP6) and sometimes reloading the page would show a bunch of extra Google-attributed IP addresses including a few in Taiwan (where I don't live!).

 

I just ended up using a different region and the servers here so far show no DNS leaks on IPLeak.
