Is Public Exit IP Subject to Change?

I'm looking to use  AirVPN to enable my ip to be white-listed only once, in order to connect to my company's servers from any location.

I need to know if the public exit ip address of the server I am connected to, is subject to change without notice?

I mean, yeah, but only if they shut down that server permanently.  That happens infrequently, but it's possible.
