Non-AirVPN DNS on iOS?

Hello everyone.

I was wondering if it is possible to use an ad-blocking non-AirVPN DNS on iOS? Why do we have to use the original airVPN DNS in the first place. We should have a choice of what dns server(s) we wish to use.

Does anyone know if and how to get this to work?
