Has anyone read or be a member with them?

I was reading the website, more about the VPN and the email service and I would like to know if someone has tested it, I can't see enough information in the website. Thanks.

Thanks zhang888. In the forum I can read something about the Chaos Computer Club but I don't know... Could it be they are hiding for "good" reasons?

Chaos Computer Club are not hiding. I attend their conference every year.

This service is not affiliated with the CCC in any way. A quick search revealed a high number of chinese/japanese websites though it's not a good indicator. Be careful with this one.
