Win 8.1 error 403?

So im a very new user. I downloaded eddie installer on my computer. Installed it already and the below is my logs. I would really appreciate some sort of help or explainantion on why this is occuring. Thanks

Username and password correct? Does your password contain special characters? Somewhere in this forum there was a similar issue solved by using a password with less special characters. Not sure, though, wait for others to confirm.

Yes mate, username and password are correct, and i dont think its a problem with the passwords. the last line in the log might be the real problem mate. Thanks though

Do you have an active subscription?

Try again with the new experimental build of Eddie.
