How to get lowest Ping\Latency on my OpenVPN - iPhone

Hello guys.

I want to set up a configuration that gives me the lowest (Best) latency\ping for my iphone 6+.

I have tried a couple and the lowest Ping i got was 180 :\

 

On the other hand, my Laptop _Using Eddie on recommended servers_ gives around 40-50 ping.

 

I want a config which will drop the ping on my mobile close to the one that i get on my laptop
