Error connecting through Kubuntu Network Monitor

Recommended Posts

I'm trying to connect to AirVPN through Network Manager in a Kubuntu 14.04 system, but I always get a “VPN plugin failed: 1” error message.

Even with the DEBUG option I couldn't find what is wrong.

Seems to work on Kubuntu 16.10. Keys and certificates need to be included in the ovpn file though, otherwise the connection fails.
