Since updating to the latest Eddie version, I've noticed that after disconnecting and exiting, Task Manager shows Eddie still running.Windows 10, latest version.

Is there any reason for this?

I noticed that yesterday. It wasn't running in the foreground either. Tried to start it, wouldn't launch because it was already running. Had to kill it in task manager. Started Eddie and was then able to connect.

It should be happening for just about everyone on Windows 10.  I've had it successfully close once or twice, but about 90% of the time I get the ghost half-task still open in the background.

Have a level 2 support ticket on this since 2/2/17. I gave them everything they asked and i guess they are still investigating because i didn't get any news. If i do i will try and remember to update this topic.

it happened to me but only once in the last 10 days, had to kill the process from task manager and start it again
