Outside Tunnel for Chrome Browser and Inside Tunnel for Bittorrent?

I want to chrome to connect w/ outside-tunnel and inside-tunnel for Transmission (a Mac Bittorrent Client) and Firefox.

 

Is this possible?

Policy Routing may apply to IP addresses only. To separate applications, you can use a virtual machine for example, search for it in the forums, if you're interested.
