Sky Q trouble shooting

A few months ago I trialed Airvpns service for 3 days on my PC , android phone and tablet. The service was very easy to setup and worked well. Today I decided to use Airvpns service so paid up a monthly sub, set openvpn on on my HTC one M8 and Google pixel C , both vpns are running but my IP has not changed and my ISP site blocks remain in place. After some searching I see there could be an issue as I now have a new sky Q router, can any one point me in the right direction to resolve this. Many thanks
