Cant connect, restarts and drops out

Hi 

 

Cant connect to AirVPN right now. Installed itunes because I needed to backup and install a new ipad, as usual it didnt work and I removed it before the cancer spread (  or supposedly...) Now I cant connect and got no clue why. Anybody up for suggestions?
