checking route then times out. cant connect.

on my first 5 minutes of starting this service and i cant connect. it gets stuck on ((checking route)) and then times out.

You should fix this first, and then a reboot is necessary if you had an older one loaded, 9.21.1 was very unstable under Windows 10.
