Port Forwarded cannot be seen

Hey guys,

 

Ive already browsed topics of the same nature but i cant find a solution to this problem. i set up port forwarding on the clients page of airvpn.. when i check to see if its running, i get no green light, when i go to canyouseeme.org, it doesnt see it either. i set up qbittorrent to run with the port i forwarded, it downloads fine but canyouseeme.org still says it cant see the service running on my IP. as i do have the port set up on qbittorrent for incoming connections and downloading still works.. is the port forwarded and running fine but giving me an error message anyways on canyouseeme.org? need some help. thanks

If the port check shows the green light, everything is fine. We cannot know what is going on with 3d party services.
