Xbox Nat type open

So i mainly use vpns on my xbox to keep people from trying to boot me offline or get my info but when i try to host lobbies people always lag or sometimes cant connect or i cant connect to them and my nat type is always moderate or strict. If anyone can help like what ports to forward or whatever please reply
