TSB Internet Banking (UK)

Trying to access TSB's internet banking service while connected to AirVPN now greets me with the following message. This is BEFORE I get to the login page.

 

 

Sorry, we've had to log you off [Error: 1007 ID: nnnnnnnn]
 
We're sorry but an error has occurred whilst processing your transaction. 

 

nnnnnnnn is an 8 digit number which changes every time I try. If I drop my VPN connection I have no problems access the site, but I lose a layer of security.

 

Any ideas on who I should complain to?
