For over a week I cannot reach discountoffice_dot_nl (shop for office supplies)

 

mozilla: The connection has timed out

opera: This site can’t be reached

 

while on my mobile i don't have any problem

weird, thru Alula (sweden) it works ok, but using Subra, Alterf or Diphda (all netherlands based) still nothing
