unfortunately the streaming service on http://ondemand.mtv.it is also country based filtering

I checked the route and the result is here:

Many thanks for your answer, I was not aware until now of the "support ticket" option and will definitely use it now as you suggested! :-) I started a topic on this forum since it was the closest thing I could find to report a problem with a website. I know that the title is "Blocked websites warning" and strictly speaking the website is not blocked, only the streaming feature.

I'm also sorry if my request came across as rude or unpolite. I am not an english mother tongue speaker and maybe it was too directly phrased?

If this is the case, apologies to staff and community.

I'm from Germany and I sometimes feel like this:

You will eventually give up the apologies and see yourself as a better speaker than some natives. When this happens, just be proud of yourself.
