Hi guys,

 

I've just bought a subscription but I can't connect to any servers.

Yes, you are very annoying. 

 

I have indeed resolved this issue. I disabled "route checking" and changed the protocol from TCP to automatic. 

 

When I read reviews about this service I was warned about people like you intimidating less technical users. As it is (brag alert) I'm a CS masters student at one of Europe's top universities and you have pissed me off with your smart ass comments, so I'm sure people who have no technical skills view you as a great ambassador for this service. Well done!

When I read reviews about this service I was warned about people like you intimidating less technical users.

 

I'd like to know where you read this. I don't question you, I can confirm that some people don't like messing around with those who don't read the docs first before asking questions. I'm just interested in different opinions.
