New experimental 2.11.3 not saving whitelist settings on Ubuntu 16.04 desktop LTS

Ubuntu box recently upgraded from 14.10 LTS to 16.04 LTS x64.  New experimental version of Eddie v2.11.3 installed.  Although country whitelist settings are working, they are not persisting across restarts of Eddie.
