dns tests show different server from one connected?

Hey everyone

 

When running ipleak it shows toronto Amanah Tech - AirVPN Server , but programs shows being connected arkab even when I change to sadalbari still shows Amanah

 

No running issues just wondering.

Amanah is not a server name, it is the name of the hosting company for a vast majority of the Canadian servers.
