High download loss

Why do I have such high of a download loss? The server does not have a high load (16%). Any ideas?

Try adding the following OpenVPN config directives:
sndbuf 262144
rcvbuf 262144

 

or

sndbuf 524288
rcvbuf 524288

 

If this does not help, try different protocols (UDP,TCP) on various ports, or SSL tunnel method

(in case of ISP throttling) until you can get better speeds.
